In person and remotely.<br \/>The session opened with a welcome word from Professor Abdelouahab Mekhaldi Director of the National Polytechnic School, followed by a word from Madame Hafida Doura, director of the Library, then that of Professor Abdelhadi Mohamed, president of the congress.<br \/>Several conferences and interventions were given by teachers and specialists in library science.<br \/>The congress made it possible to exchange knowledge and experiences between participants, and to strengthen cooperation between university libraries in terms of distance education.
